Ethiopia reported 689 new cases of COVID-19 on September 20, 2020. The figure brings the caseload to 68,820. The Ministry of Health also reported 7 deaths, bringing the death toll to 1,096. Another 375 patients also recovered bringing the recovery tally to 28,314. Ethiopia has so far conducted 1,202,818 laboratory tests.
